Cash The Climber

My baby boy (he'll be 18 months old on Friday!!) has learned to crawl up on the table and the counter!  I tend to have a lot of spray tans here at our house Thursday nights...which is also men's golf league.  Last Thursday I had the boys by myself and 22 spray tans!  I did a few tans and came up once and found Cash standing on the island counter!  I about screamed! I had no idea how he did this until I caught him doing again and again and again!!  Needless to say I called in a friend to help me watch the boys the rest of that night since I obviously cannot trust him!!!  It will be a babysitter night from here on out!

Here he is getting on the table.  You can't see her but Ella (daycare girl) was eating her breakfast and he thought he could get a piece!  I caught him just in time....then snapped a picture;)

 He wasn't very happy I caught him!  I moved the chairs and he still pushes them up to the counter and/or table and gets up there.....

I have to be on my toes with this kid!  Pierce never...never did this!  Cash is into so much more and has no fear!  Pierce is still my scardy cat:)  I'm thinking Pierce gets that from his mama!

On a different note....tonight is my favorite day of the week....or would be if I didn't have work on Thursdays!!!  Hello ladies golf night!!

Memorial Day/Ozarks

We had a fabulous weekend away in the Ozark's.  We went with my brother (Jacob) and sister-in-law (Amy) and her parents (Craig & Debbie)!  Craig & Debbie have a very nice house right on the water and a boat they keep down there!  It was a relaxing weekend with sleeping in til 8:30 (YAY), boating during the day, stopping in at all the fun bars on the water, then going home for s'mores and falling asleep (or passing out) at 9pm;)

Here's Amy cutting up limes for our tequila shots!  I haven't done a tequila shot FOREVER but decided I'd humor Amy and take one!  I quickly had flashbacks of having too much tequila in high school I mean college and getting sick from it!  That's why I don't drink hard alcohol;)

I got too much sun Sunday on the boat and actually was really close to passing out Monday morning when I woke up.  I'm pissed at myself for getting that burnt:(  I've been miserable all day today!  If I don't keep up with Ibuprofen I get nauseous and feel faint again.  I'm hoping tomorrow is much better because I have a busy day!  I'm taking on extra daycare kids and then heading to Sigourney for 20 spray tans!  Might have to wear my stretchy pants because my legs are the worst:)

The boys had a great weekend with Grandma & Grandpa Heitman and LynDee & Jeremy!  We are so lucky to have great family willing to take the kids if we need them to!  We really, really appreciate it!

Sunglasses

As I mentioned in an earlier post....we are going to the Ozarks over Memorial Day weekend (can you tell I'm excited?!).  It's a weekend away without the kids!  I love my kids to death but I need a little R&R.  We are going with my brother (Jacob) and his wife (Amy) and Amy's parents.  They have a house and boat down there so we are free-loading all weekend!  We were invited....so I guess that's different...right?! :)

Anyway...on my one night at home this week (Monday night) I went shopping for weekend supplies.  I am a freak about sunglasses.  I wear them all year long b/c my eyes are sensitive.  I have one pair I absolutely love and I decided I will not be taking them to the lake so I bought some cheapies at Wal-mart ($5!).  They are exactly like the ones I already have and love so I thought they were perfect! 

It wasn't until I was checking out that I realized there was a little rhinestone 'K' on them!  Ummmmm....PERFECT!!  I looked all over for the brand and couldn't fine one!  The only brand I could think of was Kardashian....and I don't think they have a line of accessories at Wal-Mart;) 

Regardless I'm pretty excited I got sunglasses I like for $5 and they have my initial on them!  Can't beat that!  Plus...if they get lost in the lake I won't feel terrible!  I know where to go another pair;)

Busy night tonight with 22 spray tans here at my house!  Someone is hosting a spray tanning party here then I opened up the rest of the night with $10 tans.  If you want to join in on the fun I have appointments available 9:20pm, 9:30pm & 9:40pm!  Let me know!!

Candlelit Snack

Travis and I haven't had too much time together lately because we are both busy.  I was at my sisters Sunday afternoon with Pierce so Cash and Travis had supper ready when we got home.....steak fajitas, watermelon and broccoli with cheese (the only way I'll eat it!).  Travis decided to make it a candlelit dinner....I was SHOCKED because he does NOT have a romantic bone in his body!  It was very sweet but we laughed all through dinner because Pierce was all concerned about whose birthday it was and who was going to blow out the candles!  At the end of dinner we let him blow them out!

 So.....it's Wednesday and the candles still sit here....I honestly don't know where he got them!  Every day for breakfast, AMsnack, lunch, PMsnack and supper Pierce asks if we can sing 'Happy Birthday' and blow out the candles!  For snack on Tuesday I let Pierce, Ella and Cash have a candlelit snack!  They loved it and enjoyed blowing the candles out even more!

Happy Wednesday!  I love Wednesdays because it means I get to golf with my girls:) WOO-HOO!!!!

Night At Home!

Last night I had a last minute cancellation with a spray tan party and to tell you the truth I was a little relieved....not because I don't enjoy a spray tanning party but because I wasn't going to have one night at home this week!  I'm glad I actually get a night at home...which turned into a Walmart & Target run!  I'm home all day but don't have the freedom to get groceries or leave!  Cash & I headed out to do that and Travis and Pierce tended to the garden!

 A few random things....my mom stopped by last week with these peonies and I LOVE them!  They look so pretty and smell awesome!!  They brighten up the whole kitchen!  She has a few bushes at her house so I hope this isn't the last delivery;)

Sunday afternoon my sister had a 31 (bag) party and a Scentsy party.  She's still losing weight so she said she had totes for me to go through!  I was excited!  I came home with ALL this!  I didn't want to take a picture of each shirt but there are some gems in there!  There are 11 shirts from The Loft alone!  I love reaping the benefits of my sisters shopping addiction;)

There was a few swim suits and 2 swim suit cover-ups (so cute!).  Perfect timing because we are going to The Ozarks this weekend (YAHOO)!

There are some dresses in there....I think I counted 10 ribbed tank-tops (hardly worn) and much much more!

Keep up the good work Kellie;)  I'll give you as many free spray tans as you want!!

As you can see my "night at home" also consisted of going through my room!  Thinking I need to get rid of some of my shirts just to fit all my new ones in!!

Picnic In The Park

We didn't have anything  to do on Saturday morning so we invited our friends (Demi, Karli & Stacy) to the park to play and for a picnic!  The kids get along great and they had a lot of fun!

It was a great day in the park and we're lucky to have such a nice city park!  The boys played hard...then napped hard...for 3 hours:)  It was a good Saturday afternoon!

Window Decal

I have been wanting to do something on my vehicle for Spray Chick for a while now so I called up a few friends and found Stephanie Weick out of Marengo!  She did this decal for me and I LOVE it! 

We've had it for a few weeks now but I finally got my husband to put it on!  Just thought I'd share:)
