July 4th, 2016

 We had a great 4th of July this year!!

On July 3rd my friend Haley offered to take Pierce and Cash to the Marengo parade and I said "HELLS YES!"

They had a lot of fun and she even took them to the Landmark for supper for pancakes!

Travis, Kroy and I went to our friends, The Wardenburgs, for some drinks and supper!

It was a nice evening out!

On the 4th we did our usual trip to the pancake breakfast at the fire station...delish as always!

We went to Austin and Melanie's for lunch then to Tom & Julie's to watch the parade then to my parents for supper and fireworks!

Travis had to leave us during the parade to go set up for fireworks so we didn't see him again until July 5th...

I have a love/hate relationship with the 4th of July for this reason!

Melanie, Amber and I all wore it!!

Amber and I wore everything the same from the grey sweater to the braid in our hair!

Pierce has always given up the chance for boat loads of candy to be in the parade!

This year Cash joined him!

Thank you Uncle Jeremy for letting the boys be part of the Capper family for the parade!

Grandma Vera climbed on the golf cart and all these kiddies thought they were actually going to get a ride!  Not gonna happen!
